Superfriendly staff, had perfect 10/10 stay!!!
The hotel was located just off the downtown area and The Cave in the village. Family room was brand-new and nicely remodeled with a really comfortable bed. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a fridge worked well. The atmosphere created was family. Favourable location of the property down the street. The place was next to Sonora Cantina, where you can have dinner.

A living area, a writing table, and a chair in the room and the comfortable bed. Bedrooms were separate, staff was really helpful and very very helpful. Location very close to all the restaurants, the snow summit ski slopes and the market place.

It was based in big building in a good and convenient location, to the Cave. The staff were dog friendly and were around whole time.

It was nice stay, I did not want to leave and will come back. The location was perfect, at a short distance from a lakeside park. Further, it was next to the Village shops and restaurants and the ski lifts and Big Bear Lake🙂
